2. Deliveries and Areas

We operate and offer fruit deliveries exclusively within designated areas of Lahore, Pakistan.

• Delivery Schedule: While we aim to meet same-day and scheduled delivery windows, delivery times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, or product availability.
• Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate address and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing listed on the website is subject to change based on market fluctuations.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we accept cash payments made to our rider at the time of delivery.
• Verification: We reserve the right to call or message to verify orders prior to dispatch.

4. Order Cancellations & Modification

Since fruits are perishable items, cancellations or modifications must be requested promptly:

• Orders can be cancelled or updated by contacting us directly via WhatsApp.
• Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Product Availability & Quality Guarantee

Fruits are seasonal agricultural products, and availability may vary. We strive to provide the highest quality product. If you receive damaged or spoiled fruit, please contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the items. We will review and provide a replacement or credit accordingly.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
